Appointments

Office hours are by appointment. Please call in advance to schedule. Same day appointments are available. If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give us 24 hour notice.

Emergencies

We make every effort to be available for emergencies. If we are not available, please contact your family doctor or local hospital emergency room.

The Consultation

At the time of the initial office visit, we will need a little extra time to become familiar with your medical status. It is helpful if you can come in about 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to take care of paperwork.

The doctor will perform a thorough exam, x-rays will be taken if necessary and a treatment course will be discussed. Usually steps can be taken to relieve painful symptoms at the initial visit.

We participate in most insurance plans, Medicare & PPO’s. Please feel free to call our office to verify your coverage.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We conveniently accept all major credit and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard and Discover card. Our staff will be happy to file insurance claims for you. For any questions, regarding your statements, please call our billing office at (949) 855-4634.
